Les Champs du Sud is a bridge between two worlds—an invitation to leave the noise behind and step into the "other" South of France. For six nights, we will embrace Rural Therapy. This is not a standard tour; it is a curated collection of honest, intimate moments. You will stay in a design-forward house in Espalion, explore the silence of the Aubrac plateau, and meet the generations of artisans and chefs who are redefining our heritage.
From Michelin-starred dining to simple picnics in the vineyards, every detail is taken care of so you can reconnect with the simple bare necessities of life.
Pricing
Standard Double Room: $4,000 per person
Suite: $4,250 per person
Reserve Your Place: A $2,000 deposit is required to secure your room. (The remaining balance will be due May 1st, 2026).
What to Expect-
We move at the rhythm of the land. This is about slowing down, disconnecting to reconnect, and savoring the "simple pleasures"—a long lunch, a walk in the fields, or watching the sunset.

Deposit Payment Instructions
To reserve your spot for Les Champs du Sud 2026 (July 24–30, 2026), a $2,000 non-refundable deposit is due immediately at the time of booking.

Les Champs du Sud — Terms & Conditions (2026)
Trip Dates: July 24–30, 2026 | Location: Aveyron, France
By submitting a deposit, you agree to the following:
1. Pricing & Payment
Standard Pricing (Non-Discounted):• $4,000 per person — Standard Double Room
• $4,250 per person — Suite (limited availability)
Early Commitment Discount:
Guests who submit their $2,000 deposit on or before March 15th, 2026 are eligible for a $150 discount.
• $3,850 per person — Standard Double Room
• $4,100 per person — Suite
Remaining Balance (Due by May 1st, 2026):
Standard Double Room: $2,000 remaining ($1,850 if early bird)
Suite: $2,250 remaining ($2,100 if early bird)
Failure to pay the remaining balance by May 1st, 2026 may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Accommodation
• Accommodations are double-occupancy by default (two guests per room).• A limited number of Suites may accommodate up to 4 guests (subject to layout). Requests for multi-occupancy must be made in advance.
• Rooms may be configured with one queen bed (160cm) or two twin beds (2×80cm).
• Final room assignments are at the discretion of Les Champs du Sud.
3. What’s Included
• 6 nights of accommodation in Aveyron with daily breakfast• All meals (three per day), including curated gastronomic experiences
• Paired wines with one meal per day
• All in-country transportation once the group is assembled
• Guided visits to heritage sites, farms, and vineyards
• Special events and experiences curated for the group
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• The $2,000 deposit is non-refundable.• If a participant cancels before May 1st, 2026, they may be eligible for a refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after May 1st, 2026, or for no-shows.
• If the trip is canceled by Les Champs du Sud for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
5. Travel & Insurance
• Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to/from Rodez (RDZ) or Toulouse (TLS).• Ground transportation is provided once the group is assembled.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
This trip involves travel, outdoor activities, and experiences in rural or remote locations. By participating, guests voluntarily assume all associated risks. Les Champs du Sud is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss/theft of belongings, or unforeseen incidents.7. Health & Dietary Requirements
Guests must disclose any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns at least four (4) weeks prior to departure. While reasonable efforts will be made, specific requirements cannot be guaranteed.8. Conduct & Participation
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, hosts, staff, and local communities. Les Champs du Sud reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate (no refund will be issued).9. Itinerary Changes
Les Champs du Sud reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will be made with the intent of preserving the overall quality and spirit of the experience.10. Agreement
