Deposit Payment Instructions:

To secure your spot for Les Champs du Sud, a $2,000 deposit is required at the time of booking. The total cost of the trip is $2,850 with the remaining $850 balance due no later than May 15th, 2025.

Payments can be made via Zelle to events@leschampsdusud.com — please include your full name in the payment notes for reference. You will receive a confirmation receipt & email.

Les Champs du Sud - Terms & Conditions

By submitting the $2,000 deposit for the Les Champs du Sud trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit & Payment

  • A $2,000 deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip.

  • The remaining balance of $850 must be paid in full by May 15th, 2025. Failure to complete the payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

2. What’s Included

The trip package ($2,850 total) includes:

  • All 3 meals/day, including curated gastronomic experiences

  • Accommodation for 6 nights in Aveyron - private bedrooms (Queen size) & private bathrooms, pool & gym.

  • All in-country transportation during the trip

  • Paired wines with 1 meal/day

  • Guided visits to heritage sites, farms, and vineyards

  • Special events and exclusive experiences

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The $2,000 deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel before May 1st, 2025 you may receive a partial refund of the remaining balance, if already paid.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 1st, 2025 or for no-shows.

  • If the trip is canceled by Les Champs du Sud for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

4. Travel & Insurance

  • Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the trip’s starting location.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participants understand that this trip involves travel, outdoor activities, and experiences in remote locations. By participating, you acknowledge and assume any associated risks.

  • Les Champs du Sud is not liable for any personal injury, illness, lost or stolen belongings, or other unforeseen incidents during the trip.

6. Health & Dietary Requirements

  • Guests must inform Les Champs du Sud of any dietary restrictions or health concerns at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • While reasonable accommodations will be made, certain food or health needs may not be guaranteed due to the nature of the trip.

7. Behavior & Compliance

  • Participants are expected to be respectful to fellow travelers, hosts, and local communities.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
